Uploaded document don't appear

Today I uploaded several documents. Some of them appear correctly and get contributions from other users. But some only appear at 'your contributions' and do not appear in 'all documents' and 'your uploads' and do not get contributions form other users. Are others experiencing the same bug?

I experienced this a lot too. What I do is instead of leaving the article, I open a new tab and check it in there. If it doesn't appear, I remove the article, then re-upload it and it appears. :)
