What is the difference between "Borden" and "Platen" ?
Borden = plates
Platen = a flat, flat and fairly thin piece of material, such as metal or wood.

U = You formal. In Dutch is often used to elderly people or when you speak to your boss.
Alstublieft is more formal en alsjeblieft informal
