"Waarom voeren ze altijd oorlog met deze legers?"
Translation:Why do they always wage war with these armies?
Is this saying: "Why do they always wage war AGAINST these armies" or is it "Why do they always wage war USING these armies", or is it ambiguous in Dutch as it is in English?
In Dutch it is USING these armies on this case. But please note that a sentence like this will never actually be used in the Netherlands. A sentence like "why do these countries always wage war against each other?" Would rather be used.
