metaphors and special meanings

While doing translations from the target language in the skill tree, sometimes there are meanings that are lost when translated literally. (For instance, in European countries, different floor numbering conventions, or the "blue zone" which has a special meaning for parking). It might be too much to ask duolingo to allow anything other than a literal translation, but it would be nice if these could be starred as an indication that they had a special meaning.

You could report them, non-literal translations may be considered if they're deemed common enough.

Yeah, but sometimes it's a little complicated--maybe "blue zone" could be translated as "time-restricted parking zone", but if the original says "troisième étage" or "tercer piso", wouldn't it be a little confusing to translate it as both third AND fourth floor?
