Yes, though I believe that then in the past is toen.

'Ik ga vanmiddag de stad in en dan kom ik terug.'

'Ik ging gisteren naar het Concertgebouw en toen ging ik naar huis.'

  • evenveel als = as much as

Native speaker often incorrectly use meer als when they should use meer dan.
