Tilstand is usually something you would use to describe something like a car or a house. Not a person.


Once again thanks, rasmuscph. I think you have misunderstood my comment though because my answer was in English, and not Danish. "In good shape" is the usual expression in the UK. " in good shape and *in good condition physically and functionally sound and sturdy. (Used for both people and Things)."


That would probably be more like "Han er i god stand". I am aware that some of these sentences are borderline of being wrong, but yeah.
