Cannot unsubscribe a specific revised document (for "Immersion")

I wanted to unsubscribe the specific link (just one) but here's the message I got:

We had an issue finding your account. Please go to your Account Settings to unsubscribe from emails.

Then I tried contacting the staff, but they never replied back. I even tried contacting them about other inquiries as well. Been waiting for days and still, no reply.

Perhaps my only option was to unsubscribe everything? Anyway, I'm hoping anyone would help me out and respond back. Thanks. =) I hope y'all know what I mean? Let me know if I need to explain some more -- I'll do my best!
