Dois or duas?

How do you write and pronounce the number two in português? On portuguesepod101 they said it's dois (doe-ees) but on google translate it's duas (doo-as) is it one of them deals where it's either or? Thanks to all replies.

"Duas" is the feminine version.

Um homem, uma mulher. Dois homens, duas mulheres.

Never feel this way! Feel like a beginner. There is no feminine for two in English, Spanish, German or French. How would you guess? This is the beauty of learning new languages. Sucesso!

Both of them mean two if I am correct. I also checked here (http://www.wordhippo.com/what-is/the/portuguese-word-for-two.html), which says that they both work.
