Why isn't "we see one another" accepted?
Why is 'We are seeing each other' incorrect?
If I'm not mistaken, in English that sentence is almost exclusively used for having a relationship, that meaning is not present in the Dutch sentence.
be seeing someone (phrase) - to be having a romantic or sexual relationship with someone
"Do you know whether he's seeing anyone at the moment"
is "Wij zien ons elkaar" correct?
Aah, I see. Thanks for the explanation.
The way I understand the grammatical terms, this sentence is reciprocal and not reflexive. Does that terminology not apply in Dutch?
Does this also mean that we are in a relationship as in English?
