Yeah, practicing "words" doesn't work well, I don't think. So I don't do it that way. I do the skills and the strengthen skill timed practice on individual skills, and I do the immersion.

Yes it could be clearer especially with the irregular nouns.

Spanish is easier than Italian though and German even worse with three definitive articles.

Yeah, the definite article should be used to easily remember the grammatical gender to the noun being memorized.
