"Ha piovuto lunedì?"

Translation:It rained on Monday?

August 2, 2013

Is it so terrible to say in English: "Has it rained Monday?"

The present perfect in English is supposed to be used to refer to an unspecified time in the past. This can be confusing because this limitation doesn't exist in Italian :)

it rained on monday...... not really a question is it? or should that be

not really a question?

The word "Lunedi" is so garbled, it sounded like ridi. The computer generated reader is terrible, but then again, the site is free. One gets what one pays for.
