¡Todo mi árbol de español está de oro!
It seems to be a tradition around here to post when you finish your tree, so here goes!
I started on Duolingo after having taken three years of university Spanish, so I tested in with only several skills left out of the whole tree. Having not done all the work, I figured my celebratory post would come after I made it all golden... and now finally it's done! :D
I've gotten some great advice from you all about regilding and other aspects of language practice, so this is for you too, Duo community. I'm especially thankful for the work Greg Hullender and Moomingirl did on finding the best way to regild a tree. That certainly came in handy! (Thread here: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/6176795)
A couple stats:
Last skill to gild: Participle Strangest sentences: "Los patos están heridos" (The ducks are wounded) and "Sólo ellos saben como está mi rodilla" (Only they know how my knee is) Quickest ungilding skill: Emotions or Abstract Objects 3 Hardest to strengthen: Science Future plans: Maintain Spanish tree, work on reverse course, and continue laddering with Italian
