Fifth tree completed!

After Spanish, German, and Portuguese for English, and Portuguese for Spanish, I have now completed the Danish tree! I thought it was a very good course and a lot of fun. I'm gonna continue my Danish learning adventure by building some vocab on memrise and watching some of the excellent TV series Denmark has to offer.

As for the next tree I want to try out: it might be Esperanto, Russian or Ukrainian, depending on which one comes out first!

Congrats! Only managed one tree so far (German), others coming along slowly. They should show completed trees as a little forest outline under the circular user icons!

wow congrats! I started Danish for fun, and really like it, but it's my lowest priority. Can't wait to watch the Danish TV series "Borgen" (available in US on Netflix DVD rental) to see if I can understand the occasional word. Danish is challenging for me to learn and understand, but I do like it. Somehow I feel guilty for spending time learning Danish though, because it doesn't really open up much in the way of communication when you consider virtually all Danes already speak English and many also speak German. I feel like my language learning time would be better used with something like Turkish when it comes out next month (I hope!).
