Wouldn't «One million people want the same job» also be right?
I'm wondering about the singular subject and plural verb.
I'm thinking you should read this as 'million persons want..' And not see it as a single group.
OK, but I wonder whether it's grammatical in Italian to have a grammatically singular subject "milione" and a plural verb "vogliono."
Why is "one million" marked wrong? How would you say it otherwise?
