"I am a professor."
Translation:Yo soy un profesor.
Thank you, sometimes my auto correct on my phone forgets to add the a. But I think u submit "soy una profesora" for the in app question
nicole- profesora with one S. Only the consonants in the name CAROLINE can double. lección, perro, ella, cannabis.
Estoy represents more of a feeling for instance - "Estoy Bien" is saying "I am good" and is a description of how you're feeling.
Actually, it is correct Spanish grammar. Just because it sounds grammatically wrong in one language, does not mean that it is wrong in another one.
I thought the difference between "soy" and "estoy" is soy is definitive. Like yo soy de cuidad denver. Like it won't ever change
It says it should be Soy catedratica? not Yo soy profesor? I have never seen that word in an exercise.
