User Interface Glitch
For a few days now, I've been having issues when using the web version of Duolingo on Google Chrome. When I finish a translation, the screen often glitches out; the green bar that appears when you correctly translate something shows up blank (no discussion button, no sentence) and/or buttons will be unresponsive. Another issue occurs occasionally when I'm given a "Type what you hear" translation, as no sound will play and the two buttons (to repeat and slow down the sentence) do not appear, forcing me to quit the lesson and start over from the beginning. There are also occasional overlaps, with parts of the UI not disappearing properly when I move onto the next translation and covering the screen. I'm not sure if this is an issue specific to the Swedish course, but I've never had these problems before now. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

Same here! There is more than one discussion thread going on about this at the moment. It just happened to me when I had done 29 - yes 29 - questions of a practice exercise. OK, I accept the practice had not been going terribly well if I was already up to 29 questions, but I was so close to finishing. It always seems to happen when I have at most two or three questions left to go, which means nearly the whole exercise has been wasted. It also makes me want to quit for the day sometimes - but if it's your first exercise that day, that means either breaking a streak, or forfeiting a streak freeze, if you have one. So you are forced to persevere, or get penalised AGAIN, apart from losing the entire progress of the individual exercise.
