Can't select-all or paste

I'm using Chrome on Mac OS 10.9.5 and today I realized that cmd-A and cmd-V are nonfunctional within Duolingo. The "Edit" menu blinks as normal, but nothing happens. This is the case with other clipboard commands such as Cut (cmd-X) and Copy (cmd-C)--yet these commands work fine elsewhere in Chrome.

This happens in both the forums and the tree. I couldn't identify any obvious A/B test (there's a forum post with the Javascript you need to identify what A/B tests groups you're in). The only thing I changed recently for Duolingo is that I added the Spanish-English tree.

Adblock is disabled and plugins allowed for Duoling.com. I'm not sure what else to check. Any other ideas? I'll go restart my browser now.

Edit: I restarted my computer because I had an OS update to finish installing anyway. The clipboard functions work again. Good to remember: restarting usually solves weird ailments like this.

Interesting. I use Chrome, so I don't know how to fix that for you. Could you point me to the a-b discussion though? Thanks, and I hope you get that fixed.

Restarting seemed to work! Now that I can paste, here's the link to the a/b test: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/5023812
