Worst. Book. Ever.

I'm not so sure. 'Eats, shoots, and leaves' was an entertaining book, and it's about punctuation.

You should give it a try. Sounds rather interesting.

So is she literally sitting right now at her desk with a pen in her hand, or is she more generally in the process of writing a book?

She is sitting down working on the book as the sentence is spoken.

Duo does not include "sitting" in the translation.

I do not think she has to be sitting for sitting too be used in Danish. So the translation should not include it.

    Is it about prison?

That is a very good question, i was wondering the same thing. Does Danish has the same synonym here as English does?

Oh ya, you could associate "to sit" (sidder) with prison! But I think Duo is un-necesarely trying to strees the present in the sentence. It's a terrible habbit of Duo's in this chapter.

I think the question was actually what kind of "sentences" the book could be about. (That's what brought me to the comments, but interesting too if sidder could be taken that way.) Does the Danish translate such that the book could be about prison sentences?

No, the word for a sentence ordered by a judge is dom.

Will the book also have long sentences or will it be short sentences about long sentences? Questions, questions.

Så spændende! Man ved aldrig, hvornår den næste sætning afslutter!

(I'm a native Dane) "Slutter" not "afsluiter". "Afslutter" needs an object

Thank you for the correction :)
