He is onstage not accepted on 11.3.14. I've reported it as English doesn't need "the".

I said he is in the scenario because it suggested scenario last time I used scene for escenario.

In English stage and scene are completely different, hence separate words. I wonder along with jimbehm, why both are not accepted in this sentence. Is there a native speaker who could expand on this?

Is "he is at the scene" wrong? Like a policeman at a crime scene

https://www.duolingo.com/SGuthrie0

The word for crime "scene" would be "la escena", according to SpanishDict.com http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/at%20the%20scene

"A crime scene" would be "una escena de delito."

How about "Él está en una escena del delito." "He is at a crime scene." Creo.

Technically, I believe it is correct but they seem to be only accepting answers relating to being in a play. I have reported it - we'll see if they change it.

Me too... he is in the scene marked wrong

https://www.duolingo.com/emilybwilliams

Why not he is in the scene? "Scene" is given as one of the definitions by Duolingo, so it seems like this would be an optional answer.
