Dative Case?

I'm a bit new to Spanish, I have been learning German for a lot longer now, but I was wondering, is there dative case in Spanish?

It does have a Dative Case, strictly speaking. However, Spanish is nothing like German. In Spanish the Dative Case "marks" are mostly relegated to pronouns that belong to the Indirect Object.

Ex.: "¿Me lo estás dando a mí?" ("Are you giving it to me?")

A bit of analysis: "¿Me lo ("lo" is the Direct Object) estás dando a mí ("mí" is the Indirect Object)?"
