Upload a document - Error 404 [Fixed]
I am experiencing "Error 404 - Sorry, the page you were looking for doesn’t exist" when I try to upload a document to immersion.
Anyone else having this problem, or is it up to me?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: It seems to work again (6th Feb, 10.45 pm) - at least I've seen a couple of new documents and I am able to upload files again, too. Thanks to the team of Duolingo!
No, it's not just you. Hit the support button to the left of the screen and report it. I tried yesterday but it hasn't produced results. Perhaps if they have a barrage of them relating to the Immersion homepage, they'll notice and fix it.
The support button is actually a little tab halfway down the left side of the page if you are using a computer. I'm not sure if it is the same on other devices. As far as not being able to upload a document, I was wondering if there was a maximum we can each upload or if we have to finish translating our others before uploading any more.
I had this problem once ago (Le bonhomme de neige - Chanson de Noël). I even can't delete the uploaded text. All my other uploaded texts (forwards and afterwards) work very well.
In my case it isn't document specific. The error is displayed once I hit the "upload document" button so I don't even get the chance to choose a document.
It's not the same problem, Abendbrot. This isn't about particular documents, it's the whole function that is missing for lots of people. Just out of curiosity, are you able to import a document to immersion? It would be interesting to know whether it is not functioning at all or just for some users.
I had both problems before not only the problem I mentioned in my first comment. I had have the problems seperate from each other and I can say, the problem was solved after some days.
PS: Today the immersion does not work, I tested it just a moment ago.
I've been having the same problem for 24 hours. I logged a support request last night - about 17 hours ago - (which Duolingo have acknowledged) but haven't heard anything since.
