Sign Language Course

They should consider American Sign Language for a course, and other sign language dialects (they are different in different countries).

They would have to include videos or only use still photos, but it would be very useful.

I did not see a place to put this in a general "discussion" area - which they also need.

I think American Sign Language or another regional sign language would be better. With a regional sign language ASL for example, there are many people who need to learn it. People who recently had a deaf child or became deaf themselves. As well as people who know somebody who is deaf and want to "speak" with them in their native language.

American Sign Language is based on the French version. The history is very interesting. People from the US can communicate with those in France better than those in the UK because of the history of the language.

I love ASL, but I need more practice. I sign closer to English than the ASL syntac rules.
