"Yo me voy directamente" doesn't make that much sense without context. You could use that in a sentence like "Voy a la tienda y luego me voy directamente para mi casa" (I'll go to the store and then I'm going straight home). "Yes, I go immeadiatly" would be "Sí, voy de inmeadiato".

I don't see how "inmediatamente" is simpler than "de inmediato" but yes, that works just as well.

No, it doesn't. Directamente is to go straight somewhere.
