Immersion problems

There are a lot of positives about the immersion section. One thing that I don't like is the people downvoting without having to leave a reason OR not editing. I had a downvote on a sentence with 4 upvotes already and someone downvoted it. My translation still is the latest one. I had 100% positive before that. If someone downvotes they should have to leave a reason or at least edit it to show what was wrong with your translation. And if there are more upvotes on your translation that makes it even more necessary since obviously more people like your version even if it has to be edited a little. Of course the fact that some people edit it to the same basic thing just to edit is annoying but that has already been discussed.

I think there are many beginners in tier one who haven't quite worked out what the downvote button means yet, but as far as I know, they can't touch you once you get to a higher tier than them. I've gotten at least one senseless downvote in all three combinations of immersion I've worked in, but it stopped once I made tier 2.

Yeah, they can't effect you. There will still be a downvote but it won't affect you. This is why I wanted to get to tier 5 so bad. (Now I'm 16, yay!)

That makes sense, I am almost at Tier 2 so I guess it won't be a problem then

It's very annoying. I have experiences of people doing that. There is no way to stop this but be persistent and go to a tier higher than them.

It's much easier to make sense of what's going on if you give us the link and tell us which sentence.
