I would love to have a forum where people not only can ask language related questions, but about cultural things as well. What is the school system in Mexico like? What are common French proverbs and what do they mean? Sometimes when I answer a question to a sentence, I notice some cultural differences that can't be explained in short sentences, but I do not feel it is the right place for elaborate explanations about German culture, although most people would certainly find it interesting. I wish there was a place where I could move a lengthy explanation about German sandwiches to or people could ask questions about the country or just share funny information.

Brilliant suggestion! When in a German story a boy made an "Ehrenrunde", I thought it was a good thing (it's not). Cultural context, even seemingly trivial references, deepens our understanding of literature and life. A seperate Forum where one could for example ask, "is a grade of 5 in Germanistik an indication of brilliance?" would very much enhance interest in the subject language and culture — I know my own enthusiasm is fired by reading and learning about German history and culture, and that helps me at times when reviewing the Plusquamperfekt seems a bit like drudgery.
