Do we get more xp/lingots for higher goal settings?

I'm always way above my daily goal, just Up'd it--wondering if there's more earnings?

There should be a reward for setting a more challenging goal, or otherwise there would be little reason to do it. I had started with a goal of 10 but changed it to 20 because it felt too easy. Nothing changed. I think it would make sense to set the goal for the minimum now, especially after adding in more trees. I haven't added my reverse tree yet and I was wondering how this affects the daily XP goal setting.

The point of raising your goal is so you can challenge yourself. Making it easier to get XP in a higher goal is useless, and makes it less challenging.

The risk with a higher goal is that it is easier to miss a day's goal and to end a streak. There should be a reward for taking on more risk.

There shouldn't. What do you mean by risk? There is no risk. You could get over 160XP in one immersion sentence.

That is really interesting. I haven't tried Immersion yet. Thanks for the advice.

Ok, Not all sentences would give you 160 XP. I'm at tier 16 and you get more XP per tier. At tier 1 you may get 20 per sentence.
