Points updating?

I know my students are working on their skills today, but their points aren't updating on my end. Suggestions?

Can you give us an example of a student whose points didn't update on your dashboard but that you know got points?

Victor Sicilia is one (section German 2-5). I am following him, so I can see that he logged 30 points for this week, but nothing is coming up on my class lists. Kenneth Messina (German 4/5) is another - I was answering his questions as he was working.

Hi fraudunning, it seems this is a timezone issue. The leaderboard is in a different timezone than your dashboard. We'll get this fixed soon. The total points they have should match well.

Thanks. They have a standing assignment of 50XP, so it's great for me to look at the week, do a quick sort, and see who I need to send "gentle" reminders to.

Would the timezones still be an issue though if the work was done several days ago? It seems it should have caught up...

It's because they did their assignment very close to midnight in one timezone and we're counting it in a different week.

The same has been happening to my students. I have many who have 0 points in my gradebook ,but when they show me the progress that they made from their phones, they have at least 100 XP (my weekly requirement). This issue is really stressing a lot of us out since it makes up 5% of their quarter grade.

I am having a similar problem. My dashboard shows that a student earned 0 XP, but when they showed me their phone, I see that they indeed earned 50 XP!
