    Depending on the context you could say Jag står och arbetar or Jag sitter och arbetar, but in general Jag arbetar works for both unless you need to clarify.

    "arbetar" kind of sounds like the russian "работать" with the letters switched around

    Bad tts on "arbetar". The stress is usually on the first syllable in this word, not on the second (where it is if you use box words here).
