No, not incorrect English, although the Spanish doesn't say 'going to be' but uses a straight future tense; hence the discussion about 'shall' and 'will'!

It's impossible to be certain without any context.
I could imagine pointing out a restaurant as we pass by and saying "We will be in that place tomorrow".

Is there some reason why "We will be IN that place tomorrow" is not correct? The Spanish "en" can be IN as well as AT can it not?

"*en" is "in", "on", or "at".
