i wrote "er du restaurantet" and it was accepted, even though that -et was clearly a mistake and not just a typo.. the danish side of duo seems very liberal ;)

btw, i wonder how many people would actually say "VED restauranten".. to me it sounds like "near the restaurant", but i'm just learning and can be wrong, of course.

I agree with the 'ved' part. If you are inside the actual building, 'på' (on) seems more suitable.

In English, at the restaurant might mean waiting outside. Does 'på restaraunter' exclude that possibility?
