How do we know whether it is "they find" or "you find"?

Context mostly, though you'll tend not to hear "De" (always capitalised) as formal "you", other than maybe among more conservative older people and the queen, so the vast majority of the time, "de" (only capitalised at the beginning of sentences) will mean "they"
