How do you report a user?

On one of the immersion pages is a troll that keeps stealing credit for other people's translations (placing a full stop at the start of the translation but adding nothing else new), but I have no idea on how to report him.

When you open a sentence to translate it or to view someone else's translation there is a button that says "Report Abuse" or something similar. Down vote the troll, click the button, then revert to the last good translation.
