I am learning Irish
learning Irish is so easy until you do more levels, unfortunately.
So am I, it gets easier as you go, I promise. Just stick with it and keep going over the same things until you're confident with them, learning a language is a big task, don't expect too much straight away and keep at it and you'll be just fine :)
Thanks, I know learning a language is a big task I am learning French and Italian as well as Irish :)
I'm Maltese, irish and Scottish amongst others, I would like to learn all of those languages at some point :)
I really love learning other languages. I am Australian, French, Scottish, Spanish, Irish, Italian and British. I really want to learn my background languages, it would be really fun!
Stick with it and it'll come. :)
I don't think Irish is actually a difficult language. It's just very alien for a native English speaker. Just keep studying at your own pace and gradually things start to make more sense.
It does get easier, Theres alot i need to go back on but at the same time I remember more and more! Just wondering what other media does people use along side duolingo for Irish?
I use this aswell as duolingo it has alot of more conversational irish. Its in the Ulster dialect so you'll notice some slight differences but nothing much https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=now+you%27re+talking+irish
