I'm having trouble logging into the ipod app - please help?!
I can log on fine on my laptop (otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this I imagine) so I know I have my username/email and password correct. Who should I contact and how do I do it? I can't seem to find an email address or anything. Has anyone else had this issue? And yes, I tried turning it off and turning it on again.
We have not heard of any any issues logging into the app yet. Make sure you have the latest version of the app, 1.0.1, because we fixed a problem with passwords that contained special characters.
Try logging out of the website, typing your password from scratch (so you are sure about what it is), and make sure you are entering it in case-sensitive on your iPod. I would also try logging in with both your email address or username, in case you are misspelling one of them. If you are still having the problem, let us know and we can look into it further.
