The cheery reaction you get from the new animations for a correct answer are in stark contrast to some of the sentences being translated. Might just be in the category medical, but it's still a bit unsettling :-/

You're absolutely right. The sentence already has a "serious" label but apparently that doesn't stop the cheerful animations. I don't think there's a workaround, but I'll at least ask.

Edit: There's a "nobody" label that removes all animated characters from a sentence. I've applied it to this sentence now.

honom means "him", so it would be like saying "him's arms".
