Manger v/s Mange

When i have to use Manger and Mange? What's the difference?

"Manger" is the infinitive form of the verb. "Mange" is one of its conjugations. You can see them all here: http://french.about.com/od/verb_conjugations/a/manger.htm

Examples of use: "je mange du fromage." (I eat cheese) or "j'aime manger du fromage" (I like to eat cheese).
