Add a short delay in audio playback

Currently on some phrases in Spanish, particularly ones starting with "Yo" or "No", it's difficult to discern the first phoneme. In many instances, the first phoneme is cut off, due to quirks in the browser. A simple 100ms - 250ms span of empty sound might help. By and large, I've simply had to click on the "slow" option, which does have a long enough delay to hear the first sound.
