It says something about the size of swedish snakes :-)

This is cool. "orm" is "snake" in Swedish. What does this say about the mentality in Denmark vs. Sweden? :D

I have noticed that Danish often drops initial "w".

worm - orm

week - uge (compare German "Woche")

wolf - ulv

to wish - at ønske (compare German "wünschen")

strange - onderlig (compare German "wunderlich")

word - ord

wool - uld

That is a normal development in the Nordic languages.

What is the difference between "kigger" and "ser"?

https://www.duolingo.com/profile/e_kat_e

Kigger is to look at something and ser is to see. It depends on the sentence just like in english i guess.
