Italian tree finished!!!!!!
Finally finished!!!! Thank you thank you Duolingo team, I have a really wonderful time and I look forward to making my tree golden!
Congrats! :) How long did it take you to finish it? I`m wondering because i have just started learning italian
about a year...but I am only doing one exercise a day, and there are some days I can't do it coz i was overseas w limited network...
Not the OP, but mine took about 2 1/2 months to finish when I did it the first time - I started in July 2014 and finished late September. I also spent 2-3 hours a day, every day, duoing. It also helped that I studied Spanish in high school and am Italian, so I grew up hearing some things, and it comes very naturally to me. It all depends on your exposure to the language (or similar ones), and how much time you put into it. Keep plugging away at it and you'll get there in no time :)
Wow!!!
I am finding it very good and learning quite a bit more... a lot from reading the comments written by the Italians using 'their' tree. You get to do a lot more English to Italian translations which I find more challenging than the other way round. It also makes a change from just keeping your tree golden and doing strengthening exercises.
How was the course? That's the one I'm taking next!
