Lucky turtles actually. Here on Duo, they are regularly on the menu at mealtimes. (I understand they are actually very tasty, which is why the giant Galapagos turtles no longer exist...)

Please explain "allting". I thought it could fit this sentence. What is the difference between "allt" and "allting"?

allt is just a shorter and nowadays much more common version of allting.

You can see the evolution pretty easily actually: all things = alla ting = all-ting = allting = allt.
