Like zahnbürste auf Deutsch!
If I go to a store and want to ask a clerk where I can find a toothbrush, would I say "Ursäkta, vär ligger tandborstarna?" or "Ursäkta, på vär ligger tandborstarna?" or is there a better way to ask this?
The best is to ask Ursäkta, var är tandborstarna? It's a bit strange to assume they would be lying somewhere – actually they usually hang.
So what 'borste' is then?
A brush.
tack!
