How do I reach level 13 if level 12 is done with the entire learning tree?
I finished the entire learning tree so how do I go on frem there? I and perhaps a quarter into level 12.

You could learn a new language, too. i.e. German or French.
But, it sounds like it's time to check out the immersion section.
Keep in mind Duolingo is free because they plan to make money selling translations that we do. We benefit from the translation by learning. Duolingo hopes to benefit by making money. So, if you've only been doing the learning tree, you've been missing out on a big chunk of Duolingo.
