Nouns in word list should come with article

Since it is very important to know whether nouns come with masculine or feminine articles, it would be incredibly helpful if nouns in the word list would include the article instead of just the word.

Does anyone agree? Any thoughts on this?

When I'm in the word list and I click a word it shows gender. Maybe it's an A/B test.

Oh I see what you mean now. I was hoping that the words in the list would automatically show the corresponding article instead of having to click on it. But I guess clicking on it works!

This is actually better, since the article is always "l'" before a vowel, and that doesn't tell you a darn thing about gender. Thanks for this tip.

i feel though that having an article (definite or indefinite) on the flash cards would be so helpful for learning the words in any language that has gender (in my case french, italian and german). i have resorted to using anki decks and a frame i turned into a white board to help learning the genders since they are so integral. in the cases when there is a vowel of course there is no way around straight memorizing what gender it is, but it is not nearly as common as other words are.

Totally agree. I dont get gender by clicking, and my version of DL doesnt include gender in the word list. I cannot understand why DL would not include gender with the words. I would also like to see at the top of my word list how many of my words are fully gilded (4) vs 3, 2, or 1.
