Losing access to account

Have any other students found they cannot gain access to their account without renewing their password each time. I'm so frustrated. For several weeks, one click and I could start a lesson. Now, I'm invited to start at the beginning or take a test! The support team link doesn't solve the problem ( I expect it is all automated).

Password renewal doesn't mean all progress is lost. It's more likely you are creating a different account each time. See if this Duolingo wiki guide helps.
