Lost my streak on desktop, but not mobile
I completed 50xp on the mobile app yesterday, but when I logged into the desktop this morning it showed I had lost my streak.
The app still shows me sitting at a 56 day streak.
Does anyone know why this happened and how I can avoid it in the future?
Or alternatively how I can get the desktop to recognise my streak?
The same thing happened to me but I had a 380 day streak. :-( I really hope they can fix it. My mobile shows that I completed my points on friday but the website says I didn't register those.
That's weird! Did you have internet access yesterday? Because, if you didn't, your phone might've registered the points you earned whereas the internet version did not. You could contact an admin or send a message through the 'help' site. And get a streak freeze, that should keep your streak if it happens again.
