Finished Spanish tree...
Just got that yesterday. Spanish was new for me. It took almost 13 months to complete. Thank you Duolingo Team. What an awesome app/website you have done!
Thank you. My plan next is to keep the language fresh, and there are several ways to do it. I like best to watch movies with spanish subtitle, then reading news in spanish, and listen more to audio book with the easiest level (for kids). A fellow member suggested youtube BookBox that is really useful. I also need to complete my French tree which remains 6 more modules, and all the module updates that came recently...
and just finished French tree as well... 690xp in one day, mostly catch up with the newly updated modules...
Check out "Mi Vida Loca" on the BBC website. Just Google BBC and Mi Vida Loca.
mucho gracias! it works only with Flash plugin installed, not apple.
Congrats! I finished mine back in August. It's helped a lot: yesterday I went to a conference and some of the posters and such were in Spanish and I didn't really need to look at the English subtitles!
This is actually more efficient than traditional class. I feel like I just got a new language for free. Like in the Matrix movie: upload a new skill :-)
Muy bien. I'm hoping to finish mine by the end of this month. It's hard trying to keep them all golden as fast as I complete one, more seem to colour up.
