Student signed up but not in my class list

I have a few students who are signed up and when I look at their computer monitor, it says they are signed up for the right class and period, but they don't show up anywhere under my students (either in the class period, or in "all students"). What am I missing?

Hi! In order to look into this a little further would you mind sending the student's username to us at community@duolingo.com. Happy to look into it :) Also, you can create a new invite link with the correct section for that student in the meantime.
