Seriously. Am I the only person who can't understand what the speaker is saying with several of the more basic words? Or am I just not understanding how the language should sound?
One might have hoped, now that crown levels have been introduced, that longstanding problems such as this would have been addressed in the upgrade process. But no, the accompanying speech sample is still the mysterious "other phrase". I have sent in another report, though there does not seem to be much chance that my addition to the long list of previous reports will bump this up to an urgent issue to address.
This is, of course, just a petty annoyance rather than an impediment to the learning process, since the performance being requested here is a purely visual one, and all you need to do is not listen to the speaker. :-)}
So, what do you do if the written sentence and the spoken sentence are not the same?
I had the same problem : pay attention only to the written sentence.
