That video had me in fits of laughter when I saw it a few days ago, I couldn't pay attention to the Spanish in between because my tears interfered with my hearing. ;)

"El risitas" became a classic in Spain about a decade ago when he was discovered by Jesus Quintero on "el loco de la colina" I think. Since then this and other videos of his have been used all over the place to make fun of things. It still appears fairly regularly on the Spanish satirical show "El Intermedio" by "the great Wyoming" for example :-) [edit: what the guardian link says... Serves me right for not reading it first ;-p]
