That's "I do it each day." The English is impossible for me to tell a part. Duolingo wants them to be translated differently so don't fight it ha.

Would "siempre dia" be an alternate translation for "every day"?

Not as far as I know. Siempre best translates to "always" so that would be like trying to say "It is always day", just without the "es"
